The yacht tour starts at 13.30 from Fethiye Marina. After our guests settle in, dinner will be served on the yacht and the night will be spent at Fethiye Marina.
Known as 'Telmessos' in ancient times, Fethiye was one of the most important cities of Lycia located on the western border with Caria. It is believed that the name of the city comes from Telmessos, the son of Apollo. Fethiye was annexed to the Ottoman lands in 1924. Its name changed many times over time; in 1914, it was named 'Fethiye' in memory of Fethi Bey, one of the first Turkish Air Force pilots who lost his life during a flight.
In the south of the city, many impressive rock tombs that have survived from ancient times to the present day can be seen. The most famous and magnificent of these is the tomb of King Amyntas. The ancient theater ruins unearthed in recent excavations by the museum are located in the city center.
